Hoummous tahini


When I was going at Adonis, I always bought the tahini hoummous, I thought to myself why I wouldn't try to do it myself, this is what I did and I must say that it is really very good, more question that I buy it now it will be homemade, Additionally it is so simple to do, I recommend.
1 19-oz. (540ml) chickpeas can drain, rinse and drain again
4 small cloves of garlic
4 c.soupe of tahini
the juice of 2 lemons
1 pinch of salt
2 to 3 drops of oil

Place all ingredients in the food processor and operate until a creamy paste. check the seasoning and place in a container in the fridge.
Enjoy with crudeness or toasted pita or naturs.
