The almond paste and brandy truffles

They are really delicious.Very easy to make.Serve them cold, I find they are better cold.200 g almond paste (yours or purchase)1 good brandy c.soupeSemi-sweet chocolate melted and cooledMix well by hand the almond paste and brandy.Put in refrigerator 15 minutes.Take the dough and make 25 balls.Return to the fridge for 20 minutes.Dip balls into chocolate and place on a plate covered with aluminum foil.Put the plate in the fridge to cool all.
