Sausage and cabbage in Italian

The original recipe made in a crock pot as I am not this instrument using I decided to do it in the oven, I took the recipe blog http://lesgourmandisesdisa.blogspot.ca/ I modified the recipe I put you the way I did, it's good, a good way to eat cabbage. My photo is not very good.One could leave whole sausages, I decided to cut them so that the juice is mixed with the rest for more flavor.For 3-4 servings depending on the service3 strong Italian sausages cut into 31 small cabbage, minced3 c.soupe of chopped parsley1 large onion cut into 4 and minced2 c.soupe of tomato paste1 can of 28oz (796ml) Italian tomatoes in from with juice Aurorapinch of salt and pepper1 chicken concentrate c.soupe (genus Bovril)1/4 cup (60ml) waterIn a small roasting pan, put 2/3 of the cabbage and onion.Put the sausages on top and cover tomatoes mixed with tomato paste and chicken concentrate and add the parsley.Put the rest of the cabbage over, cover and place in oven pre-heated to 375F (190 c.) for 1 hour, remove from the oven and mix.Return to oven uncovered for 35 minutes, stirring once during cooking.
