Delicious recipe for scallops and shrimp, ginger and garlic vinaigrette
What about this recipe except that it is really delicious, lots of flavors, just enough spice, this is a recipe I had quickly taken on English tv, I changed it a bit, I do over again always with pleasure this recipe, too good, I served on a bed of lettuce, one could also serve on white rice or simply with no other inputI recommend it to you.For 4 servings more if served meals in entry3 c.soupe of oil for cooking seafood20 medium scallops (if scallops are very big 3 cuts and reduce the amount)20 large shrimp, peeled, tails removedfried noodles (fried noodles) Wings3 green onions (scallions) diced4 c.soupe of coarsely chopped parsleyGinger and garlic Vinaigrette:1/4 cup (60ml) oil2 large cloves of garlic, chopped2 c.soupe chopped fresh ginger2 c.soupe soy sauce2 c.soupe of rice vinegar1 c.soupe of sugar1 1/2 sauce sambal c.thejuice of 2 limesFor the dressing put in a container closing airtight and much shake to mix everything, put on hold during the time that you made the rest of the recipe.In a skillet heat 2 c.soupe of oil and cook the scallops, they should be golden brown, remove them and put them in a large bowl.In the same skillet heat remaining oil (1 c.soupe) and cook shrimp until roses, put them with the scallops in the bowl.Add to the Bowl parsley, shallots and add vinaigrette, mix and serve it with fried noodles and enjoy.
